The 10th annual New York City Epidemiology Forum (NYCEF) will be held on April 4, 2024, at NYU Langone Health’s Murphy Auditorium at 550 First Avenue. The event will be cohosted by NYU Grossman School of Medicine and NYU School of Global Public Health.
For the past 10 years, NYCEF has provided a vibrant forum for regular contact and exchanges between epidemiologists working in academic and other institutions in the New York City metropolitan area, with a special focus on junior researchers, including junior faculty, postdocs, fellows, and students. NYCEF fosters increased awareness about research conducted across Institutions. It provides opportunities for researchers to present their work, with the overall goals of promoting bilateral or multi-site collaborative projects and enhancing career opportunities for junior investigators. For questions and inquiries, please contact the 2024 event coordinator, Rebecca Gevertz, at Rebecca.Gevertz@NYULangone.org.
We are excited to announce this year's keynote speakers: Chinazo Cunningham, MD, Commissioner of the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and Jay Kaufman, PhD, Professor in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health at McGill University.
